We accept item return or exchange within 14 business days from the delivered date, if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality* of your purchase you have the option to exchange the product for something of equal value.
*quality- Stains, tears, or any visible damage to products.
When your case is reviewed and deemed eligible for a return/exchange it is the customers' responsibility to ship products back to Danistee so we can ship out your newly requested items or issue a refund/store credit.
*Customers who fail to ship out defective items within the 14 business day period will forfeit their eligibility for a full refund and will then receive store credit. Store credit will distributed to the customer after product is received.*
Not eligible for refunds/exchanges:
Danistee takes pride in producing quality products for all of our customers. Items that are not eligible for returns and exchanges are products that arrive to the customer in perfect condition. The customer can still submit a request via email and our team will look at the case to determine a solution.
